Winter White Honey is a naturally crystallized, unprocessed, and unheated honey with a creamy color and smooth, mildly grainy texture that melts in your mouth. Honeybees collect nectar and pollen from winter flora, and once the honey is collected in the beehive, we strain it by pouring it over a muslin cloth to remove impurities before bottling it. This straining process preserves the beneficial nutrients, pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants that raw honey naturally contains, as it is not subjected to any processing, unlike regular honey that undergoes pasteurization and filtration
